Apple’s 27-inch Mini-LED monitor could be delayed for a long time

Apple’s reported 27-inch display, which is claimed to use Mini-LED technology, will not be available as soon as prior rumours predicted.

Apple’s 27-inch monitor has been pushed back significantly, according to a tweet from Ross Young, a well-known leaker (and CEO of Display Supply Chain Consultants).

As you can see, the display may not debut until October 2022, rather than June as originally planned (probably to coincide with WWDC, which takes place early in the month).

The delay, according to Young, is due to the lockdown in Shanghai, as production was going to be handled there (by Quanta), but Apple was compelled to relocate.
