  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • 1 cup Light Brown Sugar
  • 3 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Orange Zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 cup Unsalted Butter
  • 1/8 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
