Panettone Bread Recipe

  1. Pour boiling water and rum into a small bowl and stir well.
  2. Rinse and drain the raisins before adding them to the mixture.
  3. Soak them overnight until the raisins are soft and the water has evaporated.
  4. Prepare your mixer by putting the paddle attachment into it. Lemon zest and vanilla bean may be included as well as the previously mentioned ingredients.
